Poppy is in need of forever home

Poppy is a 18month old Lab x.
She had her left back hip replaced at roughly 3 months old due to getting behind a car Tyre. But today that does not bother her in any way. She is as enthusiastic and any other every day dog. She has grown up with another little dog. She has been around chicken pets pigs and cats and have always got along with them.
She had grown up with children also.
So she is a very loving family dog but also with some training she would be a perfect hunting dog.
She likes to run round play. She sits on command and comes back to every call.
