Meet Pixie, our 3.5-year-old Pure Breed Border Terrier with a sweet soul and a gentle heart. We rescued Pixie at age 2 from what we believe was an abusive home. Since then, we’ve poured love, training, and time into helping her heal and thrive.

Pixie is now healthy, toilet trained, and enjoys running off-lead or behind the car in safe, distraction-free areas. She’s affectionate, enjoys cuddles, and is a loyal companion once she’s formed trust. Pixie adores children and would do best in a calm home with a gentle routine.

She currently s happily with our other Border Terrier, but Pixie does not do well with unfamiliar small dogs—particularly in public settings—so she must be leashed when out and about. She is okay with larger dogs and would benefit from further desensitization training in a patient, experienced home.

Pixie is still a little skittish around loud noises or boisterous environments and would suit a quieter household with someone who understands nervous dogs. She is not de-sexed and may still be suitable for breeding.

We’re seeking the perfect new home due to a change in our circumstances.
