Maisie is the sweetest wee girl - she turned up at a volunteers house hungry and with a bone stuck in her mouth - a nasty result of having to scavenge for food.

Maisie is the most darling little girl who loves pats and cuddles. She isn't fond of all the cats in her foster home but would be ok with another cat in her new home. She deserves a safe loving home and it won't take her long to settle.

Maisie is mostly white with some black. She has been someone's beloved pet at some point as she has had her ears surgically cut to remove cancer. Unfortunately, living on the streets with no proper shelter in the harsh sun, has resulted in cancerous bits forming on her ears. She will be having surgery to remove her ears hopefully next week.

Once she is in a home and can spend most of the day sleeping on a bed - she will have greatly reduced risk of the cancer returning - especially as there will not be much or any of her ears left. She does have a white nose but no cancer visible there. Whoever adopts her would be advised to allow her to spend as much time as possible inside during the middle of the day especially in summer.

Maisie has been desexed and vaccinated and will be microchipped when she has her ear surgery. We don't know how old she is but I will ask the vet if she can give an approximate age when she sees her for her operation.
