Sunny, sweet little special needs cat Indoor only, must be a single cat

Sunny (aka Sunny Bunny, Sunny Bun Bun) is an adorable little black cat who needs an indoor or contained home.
Sunny is FIV+ which means he's immunocompromised so he needs to be kept indoors or in a contained property where he can't go wandering and getting into fights. FIV+ cats can have near-normal life expectancy although they are more susceptible to infections and illnesses.
He is nervous of other cats and picks fights with them so therefore must be the only cat in the household unless he can be kept completely separate. With people, he is affectionate, snuggly, playful and likes head scratchies. He loves to be a lap cat if you don't mind a lot of drooling in the process.
Sunny is fine with our big dog (staffy/lab) and would be okay with a friendly dog.
He's a solid little unit, quite stocky and age unknown but thought to be young - possibly 1-3 years old.
Sunny has recovered from cat flu and has slight wheezing when he plays for too long and gets puffed.
He is desexed, vaccinated and microchipped.
Transport to most regions in the North Island can be arranged.
