Piper is from a property in New Windsor that just kept letting their cats breed. Black cats are adopted less frequently than others and so Piper waits.

Piper is unassuming. Because of other larger personalities in the foster room she flies under the radar, however she hands down along with her just as coy bestie Florence is the naughtiest and smartest! She is nosy and cheeky, any toy is game to be picked up in her mouth and whisked away from whoever was playing with it. Piper gets under your feet and up in your face if something new and exciting is happening and she loves bum scratches and good, long back pats. Pipey is smart. She watches new people and sits back to observe new things so she will take a few days to settle into any new place.

Piper is good with other cats and would be fine with older kids.
